Perfecting Our Blend: Wild Coffee Marketing Adds to its Team

is where we spill our knowledge, exploring stimulating topics that often influence the daily grind.

Our unique brew keeps getting stronger, thanks to the recent addition of Marketing Consultant Vanessa Berrios, who brings a wealth of social media, digital strategy and project management experience to the team!

Vanessa Berrios – Wild Coffee Marketing Team

As a Florida transplant from Venezuela, Berrios moved here six years ago with her twin sister to attend the University of Florida, where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business. She also has certificates in Google Ad Words, Google Analytics and a marketing certificate from Cornell University – accolades she credits with helping prepare her for a successful career in marketing.

After completing her degree, Berrios began managing social media for Island Origins Magazine, a quarterly publication that celebrates and chronicles the American Caribbean community, and is mainly distributed throughout South Florida.

“I was in charge of pushing the content through all their social media platforms,” explained Berrios of her time with the magazine. “I was [also] responsible for creating the social media strategy for all their events.”

After meeting Wild Coffee co-founder Salomon Wancier via LinkedIn, Berrios said she was excited about joining the team because of the opportunity to broaden and diversify her digital marketing experience.

“When you’re in a small agency like Wild Coffee, you get to wear different hats,” said Berrios. “When you’re in a big agency, you wear the same hat and it gets repetitive.”

When she’s not brewing new content for the perfect marketing strategy, Berrios is spending time with her beloved pooch, Lorenzo, a 3-year-old Jack Russell Terrier mix, and training as a Mixed Martial Arts fighter.

Looking to the future, Berrios plans to continually grow with the company – hoping to eventually manage her own accounts and help the team sign new clients.

“For such a small group, we do an amazing job,” said Berrios of Wild Coffee Marketing. “Our clients get addicted to us because we go the extra mile to help them, not only in marketing, but every aspect of the business. It makes us learn a lot from our clients and our clients appreciate that. It’s our thing and I love that.”

Welcome to the team, Vanessa!
